Main purpose of the Job :
- This role involves working with warm leads and offers the opportunity to earn an uncapped paycheck.
- Achieve target conversion ratios as per company standards.
- Meet the minimum sales targets each month.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales records.
- Submit relevant reports and updates to the manager.
- Complete additional responsibilities as required.
- Grow existing business through cross-selling.
- Keep sales records updated on the company's IT systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely collection of premiums.
- Conduct all sales transactions in compliance with legislation and company standards.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive support and listening.
- Escalate client queries appropriately.
- Provide accurate information and advice to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver on service level agreements to meet client expectations.
- Recommend improvements for client service and fair treatment.
- Participate in fostering a culture of rewarding relationships and feedback.
- Respond promptly to client needs, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Educate clients on the value of products and services.
Productivity :
- Achieve 390 minutes of call time daily as per CRM.
- Maintain 100% productivity through achieving call time targets on weekdays and Saturdays.
Compliance :
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Assurance standards.
- Keep quality scores within acceptable limits.
- Promote a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Recognize effective teamwork and shared outcomes.
- Facilitate information sharing and joint solutions.

- Consistently meet personal quality and productivity standards.
- Follow internal procedures diligently.

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience :
- Grade 12 with English and a second language.
- Related undergraduate or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales call centers.
- FAIS Credits and RE5 are advantageous.
- Pass product competency tests.
- Understanding of the products and industry.
- Meet FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
- Experience in sales, retail, or business development.
