Sales Executive Courier
Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join the George team.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the courier and logistics sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present and promote courier solutions to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Management / Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales within the courier, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Education:
Grade 12, Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Management / Sales and Marketing.
