Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at Prosam Consulting and Training Group, located in Benoni. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify skills development training selling possibilities, and evaluating customer needs. The role involves participating in developing specific training solutions for identified needs.
Daily tasks include selling training programmes, lead generation and prospecting, preparing proposals, presenting proposals to potential clients, quotations, bid preparation, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, staying up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends, and attending training, workshops, or industry events. This role operates on a hybrid basis with a structure that is primarily commission-based.
Qualifications- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and sales/leads software is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relentless, passionate, and a go-getter
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
