DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase the sales, profits, and market share of the Company.
- Achieve commission targets.
- Ensure that productivity/activity targets are achieved.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure brand dominance and increase market share growth in your area.
- Draft and deliver proposals, prepare costings, and create client propositions, in conjunction with the Managing Director.
- Ensure that all sales are achieved in an ethical manner.
- Ensure that completed daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports are submitted to the MD.
- Ensure credit applications, movement slips, and order confirmations are completed, signed by the client, and handed to the sales coordinator prior to the start of a contract.
- Ensure that the client is aware of Company procedures to ensure timely payment of workers and invoices; all SLA and TOB must be discussed with the client.
- Ensure that the operation handover is done correctly, so that contract workers' and clients’ needs are met.
- Liaise with the Debtors Manager regarding outstanding monies, account queries, and follow-up with clients to ensure payment is received.
- Attend sales meetings as required.
- Keep well informed on all relevant legislation, policies, and processes.
INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum qualification - MBA
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent business acumen skills
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
