DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Increase the sales, profits and market share of the Company.
  • Achieve commission targets.
  • Ensure that productivity / activity targets are achieved.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure brand dominance and increase market share growth in your area.
  • Draft and deliver proposals, prepare costings and create client propositions, in conjunction with Managing Director.
  • Ensure that all sales as are achieved in an ethical manner.
  • Ensure that completed daily, weekly and / or monthly reports are submitted to the MD
  • Ensure credit applications, movement slips and order confirmations are completed, signed by client and handed to the sales coordinator prior to the start of a contract.
  • Ensure that the client is aware of Company procedures to ensure timeous payment of workers and the invoices, all SLA and TOB must be discussed with the clint.
  • Ensure that the operation hand over is done correctly, so that contract workers and clients’ needs are met.
  • Liaise with Debtors Manager in terms of outstanding monies / account queries and following up with client to ensure payment is received.
  • Attend sales meetings as and when required.
  • Keep well informed on all relevant legislation, policies and processes.

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have excellent business acumen skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
