Our client, a pioneer in cutting-edge household technology, is looking for a results-oriented Sales Executive who’s great at asking the right questions, crafting bespoke solutions, and confidently securing the sale.
POSITION INFO : REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- 3 – 5 years’ experience within a similar environment
- Driver’s License with own reliable transport
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Structured and organised, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities
- Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- The successful candidate must also be willing to travel to outlying areas such as Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal or Namibia
DUTIES
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan by pursuing new business leads and achieving monthly sales targets
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the client’s requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client. Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues
- Stay current with industry trends and developments and leverage this knowledge to position company as a leader in the market
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhere to high ethical standards of behaviour in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity
