Duties & Responsibilities

1. Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
4. Provide excellent customer service from first contact to delivery and beyond.
5. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
6. Assist customers with financing and trade-in options.
7. Follow up on leads and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
8. Stay informed on the latest product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive sales (minimum 5 years).
• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Professional, well-groomed, and confident.
• Valid Driver's License is a must.
