A Luxury Lodge & Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Sales Executive based in Gauteng to secure new business and maintain relationships. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector and should be target-driven, possessing excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, relationship management, and conducting presentations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in hospitality industry with proven track record.
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dynamic self-starter with excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of sales including sourcing and securing new business.

  • Attend functions after hours and travel as required.

Job description

A Luxury Lodge & Hotel Group requires an experienced Sales Executive based in Gauteng , to secure new business & maintain existing relationships. Ideally the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a hotel group and have contacts and relationships with tour operators, travel agent s and production houses .

We do require someone who is able to work independently and be target driven to promote the image and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts.

Required to manage all aspects of sales , including sourcing and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops and reports.

Requirements : Grade 12

Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing would be advantageous

Minimum 5 years Sales experience in Hospitality Industry with proven track record

Previous experience in the Hospitality industry and STO inbound sales essential

Excellent communication, customer service & organisation skills

Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence

Valid RSA ID

Valid Driver’s License

Position includes travel

Must be available to attend functions after hours

Dynamic self-starter with excellent negotiation skills

Personality profile to match relevant skills

Proficient in English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team player with high level of dedication

Good negotiation skills

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
