Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate products or services.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on strategy.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings as required.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitors.
Key Requirements :
Minium of 5 years experience is sales
UNDERSTANDING of sales process and dynamics
Motivation to meet monthly sales goals
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Market related renumeration
