Job description

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their fast-paced target-driven team. If you thrive on the excitement of hunting for new business and turning leads into long-term clients, this opportunity is for you!

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify target and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Cross-sell and upsell solutions to new and existing clients, enhancing overall value.
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Build and grow client relationships to increase retention and maximize revenue potential.
  • Work with internal teams to plan and manage yearly sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Initiate and manage outbound contact with potential customers to generate leads.
  • Drive revenue through both inside and field sales efforts.
  • Conduct pricing and contract negotiations to close high-value deals.

What Do You Need:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience.
  • A strong hunter sales mindset, energetic, proactive, and always looking for new business.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and client presentations.
  • Computer literate and proficient in sales software tools.
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12 is essential).
  • A sales-related Diploma, Certificate, or Degree would be a strong advantage.
