This role entails overseeing multiple business units, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives.
The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership to shape long-term strategies, capitalise on market opportunities, and make high-impact decisions that support sustainable growth and competitive positioning at an enterprise level.Job DescriptionDrive the strategic direction,sales performance, and growth of the enterprise fleet division across multiple business units.Lead the development and execution of business strategies to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and market competitiveness.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and senior leadership to deliver on strategic sales goals.Build and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline; monitor and report on performance against targets with corrective actions where required.Develop and maintain a monthly revenue forecast waterfall to support planning and decision-making.Lead pricing strategy discussions and contribute to the development of bids, proposals, and quotations to meet client-specific solution requirements.Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key clients and external service providers.Ensure quarterly customer satisfaction surveys are conducted and used to inform service improvements.Represent the sales division in EXCO meetings and contribute insights to business reviews and strategic discussions.Proactively identify market trends, business risks, and new opportunities to drive innovation and long-term growth.Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, governance, and compliance practices.Lead and mentor a senior sales team through performance management, development planning, and knowledge transfer initiatives.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high ethical standards throughout the division.Champion enterprise-wide initiatives that support cross-sell and upsell opportunities and contribute to overall organisational success.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (essential).Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, including rich and complex solution selling within IT, IoT, or mobility sectors.At least 5 years in a senior management role, with direct accountability for revenue, strategy, people, and budget.Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable growth and manage sales teams in high-performance environments.Strong knowledge of solution sales methodologies and client-focused consultative selling.Exposure to corporate governance practices, compliance frameworks, and risk management in sales operations.Executive-level influencing, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.Familiarity with data analytics, sales reporting tools, and CRM systems.Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, particularly in enterprise sales, technology, and mobility solutions.Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and commercial insight.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse, high-performing teams.High attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage conflict and change effectively.Entrepreneurial mindset with a forward-thinking, strategic approach to leadership and growth.
