As a Sales Executive, youll play a key role in boosting revenue, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Sales Growth : Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Product / Service Knowledge : Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products / services, staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Sales Forecasting : Accurately forecast sales performance, providing regular updates to the Directors.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including booking agents, customer success, and product development.
Requirements :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the travel management industry environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
