Role Overview : We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, who is passionate about innovation and eager to bring a unique advertising platform to more clients across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Present our value proposition to marketing and media decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency and direct clients.
  • Craft and pitch creative advertising solutions tailored to client objectives.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed on advertising trends, especially in Out-of-Home (OOH) and performance-led media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience : 3-5+ years in sales (OOH or digital media is a bonus).
  • Self-Starter : Comfortable taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hunter Mentality : Demonstrated ability to consistently source, pursue, and secure new business in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Client-Centric : Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
  • Results-Oriented : Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Creative Thinker : Able to develop compelling advertising solutions with measurable impact.
  • Industry Knowledge : Understanding of media buying processes, brand strategy, and marketing KPIs.
  • Tech-Savvy : Confident using CRM systems, proposal tools, and presentation software.
