This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales job. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be closing high-ticket deals (£1,500–£5,000) with warm, pre-qualified leads provided by our marketing team. You'll lead strategic, in-depth sales calls with business owners and decision-makers, helping them understand how our services will unlock real growth.

Consultative Selling: Conduct structured discovery and strategy calls to uncover client needs and align our solutions
Pipeline Management: Follow up with leads, maintain detailed notes in the CRM, and move deals to close
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and delivery to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding
Feedback Loop: Share on-the-ground insights to help us refine our sales assets, offers, and strategy
2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales or consultative selling
Proven ability to close deals over Zoom/phone in the £1,500–£5,000 range
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and objection-handling skills
A natural curiosity and desire to understand before you pitch
Comfortable selling services or solutions (not just products)
Self-motivated and performance-driven — no micromanagement here
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Close, or Pipedrive is a plus
Warm, qualified leads provided — no cold calling
