Compensation : Base salary + attractive commission structure

Role Overview :
Were looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who is passionate about innovation and eager to bring our Clients unique advertising platform to more clients across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Present the product to marketing and media decision-makers
Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency and direct clients
Craft and pitch creative advertising solutions tailored to client objectives
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay informed on advertising trends, especially in OOH and performance-led media
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Represent our Client at industry events and client meetings
Ideal Candidate :
Experience : 35+ years in sales, (OOH or digital media a bonus)
Self-Starter : Comfortable taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Hunter Mentality : Demonstrated ability to consistently source, pursue, and secure new business in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Client-Centric : Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
Results-Oriented : Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Creative Thinker : Able to develop compelling advertising solutions with measurable impact
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of media buying processes, brand strategy, and marketing KPIs
Tech-Savvy : Confident using CRM systems, proposal tools, and presentation software
