They are expanding their team and are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth and build long-term client relationships.

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing new business, managing client accounts, and promoting our high-end hospitality offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities within the events, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
  2. Actively promote packages and services to prospective clients.
  3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and event coordination teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  5. Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings to represent the brand and grow the network.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  7. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  1. Proven 2-3 years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within hospitality, events, or lifestyle sectors.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  2. Experience selling luxury or lifestyle products/services will be an advantage.
  3. Existing network of corporate or high-net-worth clients in South Africa is a bonus.
