A leading recruitment agency seeks a Sales Executive to drive new business in the removals industry. The role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, alongside a solid understanding of logistics. Ideal candidates will have a Matric and relevant tertiary education, with 3-5 years of industry experience.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, quoting on removal services and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills with a strong understanding of the removals industry.Key Responsibilities :
Business development and lead generation : actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networks, social media and referrals.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective residential, commercial and industrial clients requiring removal services.
Identify potential markets and client segments for targeted sales efforts.
Build rapport and trust with clients acting as their primary point of contact during the sales process.
Quoting and proposal development.
Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns effectively.
Sales closing and contract negotiationsQualifications and Experience :
Matric is essential
Relevant tertiary education in sales, marketing, business administration or logistics is advantageous.
3- 5 years experience in the removal industry or logistics industry
