About the Role:

1. Client Relationship Management: Take ownership of an existing portfolio of medical clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
2. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the client base within the medical sector.
3. Understanding the Medical Sector: Utilize your existing knowledge of the medical profession to effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's services.
4. Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with the primary office location in Jet Park.
5. Direct Reporting: Report directly to the founder and Managing Director, contributing to the strategic growth of the company.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience selling medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or related products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
2. A strong understanding of the medical sector and its unique needs.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
5. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. A willingness to provide exceptional client service and drive business growth.
7. The desire for a long term position.

What We Offer:

1. Competitive basic salary of R20,000 to R30,000 per month.
2. Comprehensive allowances for fuel, car, and cell phone.
3. Generous commission structure with on-target earnings of R50,000 per month.
