Job description

A Luxury Lodge & Hotel Group requires an experienced Sales Executive based in Gauteng, to secure new business & maintain existing relationships.

Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a hotel group and have contacts and relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and production houses.

We require someone who is able to work independently and be target-driven to promote the image and services of the company, ensuring maximum growth through gaining new clients and contracts.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of sales, including sourcing and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops, and reports.

Requirements:
  1. Grade 12
  2. Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing would be advantageous
  3. Minimum 5 years Sales experience in the Hospitality Industry with a proven track record
  4. Previous experience in the Hospitality industry and STO inbound sales essential
  5. Excellent communication, customer service & organizational skills
  6. Ability to conduct presentations and meetings both professionally and with confidence
  7. Valid RSA ID
  8. Valid Driver's License
  9. Position includes travel
  10. Must be available to attend functions after hours
  11. Dynamic self-starter with excellent negotiation skills
  12. Personality profile to match relevant skills
  13. Proficient in English
  14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  15. Team player with a high level of dedication
