Job Purpose :

Our client is seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the courier or logistics industry, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The role involves driving new business, expanding market share, and delivering tailored courier solutions to support the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend effective courier and logistics solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates, and finalize service agreements in line with company policies.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential market changes.
• Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account information within the CRM system.
