R35 000 - R45 000 per month

How you'll role

This role is all about building solid, long-term relationships and unlocking new business opportunities in the transport and trailer space. The successful candidate will help fleets, trailer builders, and parts distributors see the real value behind premium axle technology - converting them to smarter, more cost-effective solutions.

What you'll do

  • Act as the go-to product and technical expert for fleets, trailer builders, and distributors
  • Keep fleet managers and trailer builders up to speed on the latest product range and tech advancements
  • Help fleets specify the right products on all new vehicle builds
  • Provide ongoing product support - including inspections, training, and troubleshooting
  • Identify and win over new fleet customers
  • Partner with trailer and body builders, ensuring product fitment standards and service levels are spot on
  • Handle warranty claim processes with precision
  • Support spares sales and manage consignment stock where needed
  • Own the business plan and strategy for their area
  • Be the eyes and ears in the market - gathering competitor, product, and customer insights
  • Act as the region’s Customer Care champion, stepping in when breakdowns or product issues arise
  • Explore new markets, new products, and fresh opportunities to grow the business

What you'll need

  • A diploma in Sales, Marketing Management, or similar
  • 5–10 years’ experience in the Transport industry
  • Solid technical know-how; suspension or friction repair knowledge is a plus
  • Comfortable engaging everyone from technicians to CEOs
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • MS Office savvy
  • A hands-on, relationship-driven approach
  • Experience with transport fleets, workshops, trailer builders, and parts distribution networks
