Vacancy: Sales Representative – KwaZulu Natal

Holomatrix Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team.

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking driven and articulate Sales Representatives to join our team in KwaZulu Natal. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for exceeding targets while building long-lasting customer relationships within the Microdot environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present, market, and sell Holomatrix products and services to current and potential clients using persuasive reasoning.
  • Create, nurture, and maintain positive business and consumer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, canvassing and marketing.
  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve predetermined sales goals and objectives within set timelines.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Monitor sales and status updates, assess market potential in assigned regions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of our Veridot solutions and other products.
  • Must be able to travel within the KZN area and Nationally when required.
  • Provide regular reports to management of progress.
  • Stay informed on best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ technical sales experience.
  • Proven work experience as a “Technical Sales Representative” is preferable. Experience within the microdot, vehicle, telecoms or label Industry an added advantage.
  • Excellent Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Exel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive professional business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Strong relationship and management skills.
  • Clear criminal record.

PACKAGE AND REMUNERATION

  • Basic salary plus commission.
  • Own reliable car essential with valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
