About the Role :

We are seeking highly motivated Remote Sales Executives to join a dynamic team supporting a cutting-edge AI recruitment platform. This platform connects top manufacturing companies with qualified candidates across the U.S., using an AI engine with a database of over 3 million candidates.

As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be cold calling and onboarding new manufacturing clients to advertise their jobs on the platform. You'll play a key role in expanding the client base and supporting their hiring needs through tech-driven recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cold call manufacturing companies across the U.S. to introduce the recruitment platform
  • Pitch and onboard new clients to use the platform for their hiring needs
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and follow through to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements :

  • 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in recruitment, SaaS, or HR tech)
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable working independently as a contractor
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer / laptop
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm EST (8-hour shift)
