Join our team as a Sales Executive in Cape Town - West!

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with experience in the Construction Materials Industry

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Assist Designers in selecting suitable tiles for specification
  • Maintaining Pipeline by balancing new business development and managing existing client relationships

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction materials industry
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Qualification in a Business, Marketing, Sales or Design Course / Degree highly advantageous
  • Existing Portfolio of Architects, Designers and Developers is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in managing B2B relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Highly intrinsically motivated and pro-active
  • Ability to co-ordinate and manage conflicting priorities and tasks
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Demonstrated ability to see the "big picture" and provide useful advise (design and technical)
