What you'll be doing :
  • Talk to customers across the UK who need to move large items or relocate their homes, demonstrating how AnyVan can assist.
  • Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by highlighting the value of our services.
  • Manage your leads and achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with your manager to refine sales strategies.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve our services.
What you'll need to succeed :
  • Opportunities available in inbound sales, outbound sales, lead generation, and our international team assisting with cross-border moves.
  • For inbound and Ireland roles: passion for sales, experience in customer-facing roles, bonus for contact centre experience.
  • For outbound, lead generation, international roles: solid call centre sales experience, preferably with overseas customers in the UK.
  • A proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Proactive attitude with a history of achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work from our offices in the CBD and adhere to shift patterns.
  • Roles align with UK operating hours; work in South African Standard Times according to the following schedule:
    • Apr - Sep: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm; Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
    • Oct - Mar: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm; Saturday - Sunday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
