Are you a Sales Engineer with a strong network in KwaZulu-Natal's industrial sector? We're looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running, leveraging their industry contacts to drive sales of cutting-edge automation solutions. If you have a background in industrial automation, control systems, and instrumentation, along with strategic sales and tendering experience, this is the opportunity for you!

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or Control Systems (N4-N6 or higher).
  • Strong expertise in industrial automation, robotics, SCADA, telemetry, and control systems.
  • Established industry network in KwaZulu-Natal; must bring a black book of contacts.
  • Proven track record in technical sales, tendering, and business development.
  • Ability to engage with C-Level executives and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Remote work ready with the ability to operate independently and travel as required.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • Experience selling AI solutions, robotics, LIDAR systems, and safety services.
  • Knowledge of tracking & tracing systems, RFID, instrumentation, and motion control.
  • Expertise in sensor technology, vision systems, anticollision solutions, and electronic components.
  • Ability to manage key accounts, acquire new business, and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong tendering, quoting, and bid management experience.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
