Job description
Role Context- Market share is increased by obtaining new business.
- Company sales procedures are followed during sales calls.
- Products and services are delivered to customers as per SLA.
- Maintains stock levels of all items required for the completion of duties.
Customer Service- Customer visits as per schedule.
- Customer satisfaction is maintained.
- All client requests are responded to within 24 hours.
- Stock takes on customers’ sites as and when required.
- Plant/process audits and site visits as and when requested.
Administration- Marketing material collected before visits.
- All expenditures are reconciled by due date.
- Customer information is captured after each visit.
- Quotation and probability feedback after each visit.
- Ensure quotations are completed as and when required.
- Weekly call plans and site visit reports are submitted to Manager.
Marketing- Market research is conducted in designated areas.
- Presentations are delivered to customers as required.
- Opportunities are supported with point-of-sale material.
- Attendance and participation at exhibitions as discussed with Manager.
- Quarterly presentation to management of market research and marketing activities in own area.
