Join a global brand that is changing lives through its premium product offerings. We’re looking for a Sales & Distributor Relations Leader to drive growth in the South African market by empowering and enabling our independent Distributor network.

This senior leadership role blends commercial strategy, marketing execution, and high-impact stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of local sales, marketing, and distributor engagement strategies in line with global priorities.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with top-performing Distributors, supporting their growth and business plans.
  • Oversee events, training programs, and incentive initiatives that enhance Distributor success and loyalty.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and compelling product messaging and public representation.
  • Manage local PR campaigns, sponsorships, and charitable partnerships to grow brand awareness.
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team across Events, Marketing, and Communications.
  • Drive budget planning and financial accountability, ensuring efficient use of resources.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, distributor relations, or channel management, including leadership experience.
  • Background in consumer goods, direct selling, or B2B industries is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to influence and support sales partners or key accounts.
  • Experience in planning and delivering events, campaigns, and training programs.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of growing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication in English (additional African language is a plus).
  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); design or digital tools are a bonus.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset—ready to make an impact in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
