Blacksmith Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to fill the top of the funnel.

In this full-time remote role, you will maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records, test messaging, and collaborate with Account Executives to book qualified discovery calls and drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years SDR/BDR experience or similar role in SaaS/agency.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
