Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is seeking Sales Development Representatives who will own the top of the funnel, researching ideal accounts, sourcing decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will run personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone, and maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records. Collaborate with Account Executives to fuel the pipeline and hit volume goals with high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication with personalized outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
