This is a hands-on leadership role that combines coaching, performance management, and operational oversight to ensure our SDRs consistently deliver high-quality leads and contribute meaningfully to our clients' sales pipelines.
As Team Leader, you will play a critical role in training SDRs, optimizing outreach strategies, monitoring metrics, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. You will act as the key liaison between MSA's internal operations and client-side sales and marketing teams, with responsibility for maintaining a culture of accountability, growth, and performance.
