Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to open doors and qualify opportunities across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone to fill the top of the funnel.

You'll manage your own pipeline, collaborate with Account Executives, and use tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and Salesforce to hit volume targets while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
