Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach and strong written communication.
• Familiarity with outbound outreach tools and CRM ownership.
• Experience using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
