About the Tech Sales Journey

Starting with an intensive sales bootcamp and hands-on experience in the US market, you’ll be mentored by professional sales coaches to prepare you for a career in business development. After successfully meeting the graduation criteria, we guarantee employment with one of our international partner companies.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-person program. Attendance at our Cape Town or Johannesburg hub is required from 2 PM to 11 PM to align with US working hours.

Requirements to Apply

  • Onsite Attendance: You will be required to work onsite at our Cape Town or Johannesburg beautiful hubs, a professional environment to meet your peers and support your success.
  • US Working Hours: Be available to learn and work from 2 PM to 11 PM SAST, Monday to Friday, to align with US market hours.
  • Fluent English Communication: You must demonstrate a near-native level of spoken and written English, as you will engage with US-based clients and prospects.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar people-facing roles is required.
