Job description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in introducing our innovative solutions to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for lasting partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
  2. Outreach: Initiate and manage meaningful conversations with prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  3. Educate and Qualify: Clearly articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
  4. Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.
  5. Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data.
  6. Innovate: Suggest new ideas for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies to enhance results.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 1-2 years experience in sales (outsourcing firm experience is an advantage)
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  3. Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
  4. A proactive mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  5. Comfortable with rejection, and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback.
