Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This full-time, remote role within South Africa involves sourcing ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, crafting personalized outreach, and booking discovery calls for our Account

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalization.
• Comfortable using outbound tools for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
