Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, while creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will operate remotely within South Africa, manage outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone, and collaborate with Account Executives to generate qualified discovery calls.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
