We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who lives and breathes sales. Role Summary

This isn’t your typical "smile and dial" sales job. You’ll be speaking to warm, qualified leads—people who want to talk—but it’s your job to turn conversations into commitments.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

Close sales daily from pre-qualified, inbound leads

Uncover pain points fast and confidently pitch tailored solutions.

Handle objections like a pro and ask for the close without flinching.

Track activity, outcomes, and forecasts in our CRM with total accuracy.

Bring feedback to the team on lead quality, messaging, and positioning.

Follow up with leads like your commission depends on it—because it does.

Hold yourself to a high standard and perform even when no one is watching.

What You Will Bring

1+ years of proven closing experience in telesales, remote sales, or B2B services.

A “give me the ball” attitude—you're the type who wants the pressure.

You rate your sales skills 20 / 10—and you can back it up.

Sharp communication, killer listening, and relentless objection handling.

Hyper-organized and self-managed—you don't need hand-holding.

Tech-comfortable (CRM, Slack, Zoom) and remote-work ready.

Bonus : Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or agency sales.
