The Role :

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in introducing our innovative solutions to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for lasting partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing :

  3. Educate and Qualify: Clearly articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
  4. Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes.
  5. Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data.
  6. Innovate: Suggest new ideas for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies to enhance results.

What We Are Looking For :

  • 12 years of experience as an SDR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable with rejection and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback.
