About The Role

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support one of our most innovative clients — a B2B SaaS company disrupting e-commerce infrastructure in the U.S.

You'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to the right prospects, sparking interest, and booking high-quality meetings that move the sales pipeline forward. You'll be a key part of their U.S. go-to-market strategy — working closely with their internal team to help drive adoption of a product that's reshaping how brands operate online.

This is a high-impact closing role ideal for someone who loves hunting, building relationships, and seeing their outreach convert into real revenue.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the U.S. and global markets
  • Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and personalized LinkedIn outreach
  • Research industries and companies to craft targeted pitches
  • Build strong relationships that lead to trust and signed contracts
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and maintain accurate data in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to refine outreach strategy and improve conversion rates
  • Hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline goals


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of outbound sales or lead generation experience (preferably in call center outsourcing, SaaS, or B2B services)
  • Experience selling into the U.S. or other international markets
  • You've booked your own meetings and brought in real revenue — not just warmed up leads
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Super organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Bonus if you've used tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoominfo, Hubspot, or Salesforce

Location & Hours

  • Hybrid role based in Foreshore, Cape Town
  • Working hours: 4pm to 1am SAST (10am to 7pm EST)
