Compensation range :

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earnings. Details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process. Top performers can expect significant earning potential, with opportunities for residual income.

About the role

We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. This is a commission-only role, perfect for individuals who thrive in a results-driven environment and want the flexibility of working remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients, introduce them to our services, and drive them toward a sales conversation.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting : Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other lead-generation tools.
  • Outreach : Craft and send personalised messages to engage prospects and set meetings.
  • Qualifying Leads : Determine if prospects are a good fit for RunRemote's services.
  • Follow-up : Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff for closing deals.
  • Reporting : Track outreach efforts, responses, and progress toward goals using our sales tools.

  • Self-starter : You’re proactive and take ownership of your work.
  • Sales Experience : Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation is preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets, and email outreach tools.
