2+ years of B2B sales development or lead generation experienceProven track record selling services (not just products) to business decision-makersExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales automation toolsStrong phone communication skills and comfort with cold callingStrategic mindset – able to work independently from high-level direction and return with resultsExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-starter mentality with ability to identify opportunities and take initiativeBonus : Experience in insurance, fintech, or enterprise software industriesApplication Process Overview
