Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST/CST
Salary: 1,200 – 1,400 USD/month (salary based on assessment)
Location: South Africa or the Philippines

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and personable Sales Development Representative to support our lead generation efforts and initiate conversations with hospital executives across the U.S. This role involves cold outreach, email follow-ups, and relationship building, especially with hospital CEOs and other stakeholders. You will work closely with our leadership team and play a key role in growing our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach to CEOs and administrators of rural hospitals in the Kentucky/Ohio/Indiana/Tennessee/Illinois markets
Develop relationships with hospital leaders and administrative staff
Identify potential leads and their pain points in terms of physician staffing
Schedule in-person meetings for sales leadership
Update and maintain CRM (HubSpot) with detailed notes and interactions
Collaborate with the physician recruiter and medical director on lead targeting
Conduct cold, but consultative outreach via cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn
Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives and assistants
Collaborate closely with the CEO and marketing leadership to align outreach strategy
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Assertive yet personable communication style
Ability to build rapport with hospital administrators and executive staff
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace
Background in healthcare recruiting, hospital sales, or staffing is highly preferred
Must be available to work EST/CST hours
