We are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join us as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Job Overview
As an SDR at AiVox, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by securing new business accounts. Working alongside an Account Executive, you will manage inbound leads and execute strategic outbound outreach to target ideal prospects. You will receive comprehensive training on our product, sales techniques, CRM management, and team communication to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and texts.
  2. Maintain high-volume outreach to meet lead quotas.
  3. Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  4. Update CRM systems in real-time with accurate information.
  5. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Achievement of monthly qualified leads goals.
  2. Timely and accurate CRM updates.
  3. Mastery of AiVox's sales process, products, and internal systems.
  4. Consistent demonstration of integrity, organization, self-awareness, and resilience.

Key Tools:

  1. Customer Relations Management Systems
  2. Internal communication tools (Slack, etc.)
