About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, connecting with top E-Commerce companies to showcase our premier customer service solutions.

Your goal? Educate the marketplace on why we are the best choice for top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage E-Commerce brands to set up demo calls for our Account Executives (commissions included).
  2. Send targeted emails to generate interest and secure demos (commissions included).
  3. Respond quickly to inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our services.
  4. Maintain a polished and engaging style that builds client interest.
  5. Update and manage deals in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and complete information.

Qualifications:
  1. Outbound sales and meeting booking experience required (minimum 1 year).
  2. Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, HubSpot, and Apollo is a plus.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Motivated self-starter with a high-energy approach.
  5. Reliable internet connection (15+ Mbps).
Competitive Salary:

$4 / hour + commission and annual increases.
