Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Role Overview:

As an Inbound SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers who express interest in the clinic. You'll qualify leads, provide information, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is crucial for driving our sales pipeline and contributing to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Inbound Leads: Promptly and professionally handle inbound leads generated through various channels (website forms, phone calls, email, etc.).

  • Qualify Leads: Effectively assess lead quality based on defined criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline).

  • Provide Information: Educate potential customers about services and answer their questions.

  • Schedule Meetings: Schedule qualified meetings for the clinic with high-potential leads.

  • Maintain CRM: Accurately record and update lead information, activities, and notes in our CRM system.

  • Meet or Exceed Quotas: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings.

  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with leadership to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

  • Provide Feedback: Share insights and feedback on lead quality and market trends.

  • Call center experience: Apply prior call center experience to improve call quality, and efficiency.

  • Time Management: Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of inbound inquiries and meet deadlines.

  • Adaptability: Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an inbound sales, sales development, or call center role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Time Zone Flexibility: Must be able to work hours that accommodate PST to EST time zones.

  • Call Center Experience: Demonstrable call center experience and understanding of call metrics.
