Job Title : Sales Development Representative

Location : Remote

Job Type : Contract (8-hour or 4-hour shifts available)

Seniority Level : Entry to Mid-Level

Availability : EMEA / USA / APAC

Salary : R150 - R170 per hour (negotiable)

About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The SDR will play a crucial role in qualifying leads, setting up meetings, and facilitating seamless transitions between potential buyers and our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Qualify Leads : Engage with inbound inquiries and evaluate potential art buyers based on their interest, budget, and readiness to invest in art.
  2. Set Meetings : Schedule meetings between qualified buyers and the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions for continued engagement.
  3. Research & Profiling : Understand the specific needs of each potential client, including their taste in art, investment goals, and buying behavior.
  4. Engage & Build Rapport : Establish strong relationships with potential buyers, demonstrating expertise and providing personalized service to guide them through the initial stages of the buying journey.
  5. Collaborate with Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs, sharing important client insights and feedback.
  6. Maintain CRM : Accurately log all interactions and maintain detailed records of leads in the CRM system to track progress and ensure follow-up actions.

What We're Looking For :

  • Native or professional English language proficiency with a clear and concise communication style.
  • Previous sales experience using multiple outreach channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach).
  • Minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Experience in B2B Tech or SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Industry-specific experience is a plus, depending on the client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
