Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are a driving force behind the company's growth. You will proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, using a variety of outreach methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's revenue growth and market expansion, making you a vital player in the team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients across diverse industries.
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure they align with the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's financial solutions to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and maximise conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in the CRM.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client challenges to enhance outreach effectiveness.


Cold Outreach and Cold Calling

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of outbound activity and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to quickly understand financial products and passionately articulate their value to prospects.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
