Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify key decision makers, and craft personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will manage your own pipeline, maintain Salesforce and SalesLoft records, and continuously test messaging to improve targeting.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and pipeline management.

As Sales Development Executive at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.
