Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa, researching accounts, sourcing contacts and booking meetings with decision makers. You will create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients and drive pipeline with thoughtful outbound strategies.

You'll leverage tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to reach volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency environment.
• Ability to craft personalized, high-quality outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
